Throughout my life, I have worked, played, laughed, cried, wrestled, raced and attended church with Republicans.  You know what?  They are just like me.  Oh sure, they may have a different vision of the world. Some of them have had a very different upbringing, but I still see them as good and decent people.  They want what they believe is best for themselves and their children just like you and me.

I make this statement about genuine Republicans, not those who have allowed themselves to be highjacked by the MAGA movement. Those members have attacked, vandalized and destroyed the very core of this once proud and respected political party.  Oh well, what can you do?

I’ll tell you what you can do. You can speak up. You can tell everyone you know that you are a Republican and you want nothing to do with Trump or his gang of MAGA dummies.  You can openly and outwardly disavow the unlawful foolishness coming from our Federal Government.  I know that it is hard to do so maybe we can find a group of Republicans who can set the example.

I hereby challenge the Attleboro Republican City Committee to step up and speak out.  Tell everyone that Republican should not be a dirty political word. The ARCC has to separate themselves publicly from the bad guys once and for all. Shake off the shame and stand tall once again.
