NORTH ATTLEBORO – Cleanup and tree-clearing is now happening at the former Super Petroleum gas station at 135 Kelley Blvd. following the sale of the property.
The Local Insider reported on the long-vacant property being for sale in early May.
According to North Attleboro property tax database, Terri Paquette, with a listed address of 51 North Ave. in Attleboro, purchased the property for $150,000 a month ago, well below the original $235,000 asking price.
It isn’t immediately clear what’s planned for the property after it is cleaned up (it also isn’t clear how much cleanup will be needed), but more details will be shared as they become available.
The station has been an eyesore in the middle of the residential area for many years. The town’s online records show an ownership history going back to 1969.
