State Rep. Leonela Felix announced that Gena, her twin sister, will be challenging for the seat. She said she’s so proud to share the news.
Felix describes herself as a nurse, mother, first-generation college graduate, and daughter of Dominican immigrants. She said her campaign is built around the simple idea of putting Pawtucket families first.
She’s promising to be a voice for working families struggling with rising costs, for young people fighting for opportunity, and for tenants, seniors, immigrants, and everyday people who deserve to be heard at the Statehouse.
