Mariorenzi says he’s walking North Providence’s District 2, staying connected

NORTH PROVIDENCE – School Committee member Anthony Mariorenzi says staying connected and accessible to the community is one of the most important responsibilities of someone on the school board.

“That’s why I’m taking the time to walk District 2, meet with parents, families, and taxpayers, and continue hearing directly from the people I represent,” he said in a release.

“I take great pride in showing up, whether it’s at our schools, community events, or around town,” he added. “I love attending events and seeing our community come together. I believe our community deserves a School Committee member who is accessible, visible, and willing to be there, not just when it’s time to ask for a vote, but every day. Staying connected and present helps me better understand what matters most to the people I represent and how we can continue moving North Providence forward.”

Most importantly, said Mariorenzi, “I will never quit on the children of North Providence. I’ll continue showing up, listening, and fighting for them every step of the way. I humbly and respectfully ask for your vote this Nov. 3 in the general election to keep moving North Providence forward.”
