Five Burrillville homes sold for more than $800,000 from June through August

BURRILLVILLE – From June 1 through Aug. 30, 10 single-family homes in town sold for $600,000 or more, according to listings, with half of those seeing a sale price exceeding $800,000.

The five exceeding the $800,000 threshold were:

• 55 Alan Ave., a 1,500-square-foot ranch, sold for $847,500 on Aug. 13.

• 184 Moore’s Lane, a 1,144-square-foot property that sold for $810,000 on July 20. The home on Echo Lake was built 10 years ago, and has seen its value shoot up 350 percent since then.

• 595 Sherman Farm Road, a contemporary covering 3,787 square feet, sold for $890,000 on July 17.

• 585 Reservoir Road, a ranch covering 1,968 square feet, sold for $975,000 on July 6.

• 630 Black Hut Road, a ranch measuring 3,020 square feet, sold for $900,000 on July 2. 

The homes sold for between $600,000-$800,000 are:

• 73 Old Nasonville Road, a Colonial measuring 1,632 square feet, sold for $620,000 on Aug. 5.

• 663 Round Top Road, a Cape Cod covering 2,746 square feet, sold for $610,000 on July 23.

• 2525 Wallum Lake Road, a Cape Cod covering 3,212 square feet, sold for $702,800 on July 16.

• 435 Maureen Circle, a 2,800-square-foot Colonial, sold for $610,000 on July 9. 

• 70 Shady Lane, a 3,401-square-foot Colonial, sold for $749,900 on June 26.

For the same time period in 2025, one home in town sold for more than $800,000, and for 2024, there were none, according to the town’s property tax database.
