North Providence’s Moschella urges people to vote early

NORTH PROVIDENCE – Lorraine Moschella, endorsed Democrat running for North Providence School Committee at-large, urges residents to vote early at Town Hall, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays from Aug. 20 to Sept. 18.

In-person voting at polling locations will open on Wednesday, Sept. 9, said Moschella in a campaign release.

The lifelong resident of North Providence says she is running due to her commitment to education and skills having been a teacher and principal for 43 years. She said she wants to serve the community, families, and all the students in order to strive for continuous excellence in the schools.

Through collaboration with the School Committee, she said, she is certain that the best decisions possible will be made for the success of the students’ future and the future of the community.

Moschella said she’s respectfully asking for residents’ vote on Sept. 9.
