CUMBERLAND – House District 57 candidate Jim McLaughlin is criticizing the Democratic Town Committee for its post about his campaign’s use of AI-enhanced photos.
McLaughlin, in a release, called the post “gutter politics” and typical of what he’s seen from those on the committee. He said he’s appreciated everyone’s support since the posting.
McLaughlin said people who have never had signs for one of his campaigns have reached out to ask for them.

As for how old he is, said McLaughlin, age is easy to measure, but his commitment is not. He said he believes voters should look beyond numbers to what truly matters: experience, judgment, energy, and results. He said he remains engaged, active, and determined to make a difference.
