CUMBERLAND – A cluster of properties located on Diamond Hill Road just after the off-ramp from I-295 north toward the Chapel Four Corners intersection is seeing interest from a number of potential buyers.
The properties are being marketed for various options, including to be purchased individually or as a group. A nearby vacant lot previously used for wood-splitting operations is part of the proposed deal, which is one of the few available spots for development between the roundabouts and the protected Cumberland Monastery land.

Home to The Computer Store, a massage parlor and others, the properties also contain residential units.
According to a listing, this is a fantastic opportunity to own a mixed-use, 6-unit and .55-acre vacant lot located between I-295 and Chapel Four Corners. There are currently two commercial units at 2220 Diamond Hill Road, one on the first level and one on the lower level.
There are also four residential apartments, two on the first level and two on the second level, a two-stall garage attached to the building, and one side rented out by a third-party non-resident.

The 6-unit along with vacant lot are being sold together, while an adjacent 4-unit on a quarter-acre lot is also available to purchase and can be negotiated into the sale of the 6-unit building. The purchase price listed for the other two properties is just shy of $1.1 million.

George Stansfield, of REMAX Town and Country, told The Local Insider that most of the interest to this point has been in maintaining the two existing buildings on the property and developing a third mixed-use building on the vacant lot. All parts of the property are zoned for mixed-use.
